Behentrimonium Methosulfate (BTM)
BTMS is made from Rapeseed oil. It is a conditioning emulsifier.

Cetyl Alcohol
Our Cetyl Alcohol is made from coconuts. More often than not it is made from palm oil, so be aware of this. It is a emollient (softening/hydrating ingredient) and thickener. It is soothing for the skin and hair and gives finished products a silky feel with good spreadability.

Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate (SCI)
Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate is made from coconut fatty acids. It's a surfactant so it makes things foam and makes oil and water mix together. SCI is very gentle. Completely biodegradable.

Sodium Coco Sulfate (SCS)
Sodium Coco Sulfate is made from coconut. It's a surfactant so it makes things foam and makes oil and water mix together. It's also biodegradable and gentle on skin and hair.

Stearic Acid
Stearic Acid is made from olive oil. It is a thickener and hardening agent. Stearic is completely biodegradable and totally safe for use on people and animals.

Decyl glucoside (DG)
Decyl glucoside is made from coconut and sugar. It's a surfactant so it makes things foam and makes oil and water mix together. It is very gentle and is targeted towards children and infants. Completely biodegradable.

Lactic acid
Lactic acid is made from fermented corn. It is used to make a harder and longer-lasting bar and has excellent exfoliant, moisturising and deep cleansing properties.

Hydrolysed wheat protein
Hydrolysed wheat protein is made from wheat germ it is used to increase hydration and elasticity, protect cuticles and strengthens hair.

Glycerin
Our glycerin is organic. It is derived from certified organic non-GMO oils including corn and soy. It acts as a moisturiser (emollient) and humectant, meaning it absorbs water from the air.

Cococaprylate
Cococaprylate is made from coconut oil. It provides hydration and is a skin-conditioning agent.

Panthenol (Vitamin B5)
Vitamin B5 is made from molasses or sugar. It helps with skin hydration and reduces itching and inflammation.It is easily absorbed into the skin and can improve its appearance. It may even reduce some wrinkles and fine lines, because the moisture is held underneath the skin's surface.

Geogard 221 (Ecocert approved)
Geogard 221 is a blend of Dehydroacetic acid & Benzyl alcohol.

Dehydroacetic acid
Dehydroacetic acid is derived from Acetic acid (Vinegar). It's a preservative. Preservatives are very necessary to prevent bacterial or fungal infections which can cause serious issues, particularly in those with broken skin. Dehydroacetic acid is completely biodegradable and is known to be exceptionally mild but effective with a low irritation potential.

Benzyl alcohol
Benzyl alcohol is made from Benzel chloride. Preservatives are very necessary to prevent bacterial or fungal infections which can cause serious issues, particularly in those with broken skin. Benzyl alcohol is completely biodegradable and is naturally occurring in many fruits and plants.
